International Linkages

East West Seed nurtures close ties with private and public enterprises, government seed and agricultural agencies and national seed associations through its membership and active participation in international seed associations.

Together, we form a strong and committed voice to support the interests of the seed industry and those whose livelihood depends on it.

We are an Associate Member of the International Seed Federation (ISF), which brings together stakeholders of the seed industry at a global level through interaction and dialogue with public and private institutions that have an impact on international seed trade.


We are represented in the largest regional seed association in the world, the Asia and Pacific Seed Association (APSA). East West Seed participates in the annual Asian Seed Congress. Dr. Mary Ann Sayoc, General Manager of East West Seed – Philippines currently sits as 2nd Vice President.
